In 2005 in Germany about 70.900 family-owned businesses were going concern. But: about 5.900 firms did not find a buyer (Institut für Mittelstandsforschung, Bonn).     • Search of an appropriate Company:
      You appreciate the advantages of a well-established infrastructure and prefer to buy a well-run company instead of starting-up a new venture. How does the „company of your dreams“ look like – and where can you find it
    • Preparation of the succession:
      You want to sell your company? Actual balance sheets are prepared. But how can you systematically find potential buyers? What can you tell them with regard to your positioning and our competitive situation? What is a reasonable price for the venture that you are willing to accept? What do you eventually have to change to realize this target price?
    • Business Plan Preparation:
      What is the position of the company in the market? How sustainable is the customer basis after the former owner has left the firm? What is a reasonable buying price? And: how can it be financed.
